Whether in the finance, healthcare, entertainment or legal sector, Block Dojo is interested to hear from any company leveraging cutting-edge solutions to problems. We give our founders the educational grounding in enterprise blockchain to help them build their impactful startups from an idea to securing their first Pre-Seed cheques from Angel Investors and early-stage funds. 

Our 12-week programme will help you develop your value proposition, define a killer brand, and build a product that wows. Through a packed programme of regular training sessions, workshops, mentoring, guest speakers, socials and events, we help our startups build a community as well as their business.

Founders chosen to participate in our venture builder programme will: 
• Attend in-person, full-time at our office in East London (Stratford/Hackney) from Monday to Thursday over 12 weeks;
• Participate in and complete our weekly development curriculum face-to-face;
• Network and connect with a range of mentors, advisors, and industry experts to develop their entrepreneurial skills;
• Work closely with our dev & design teams to bring business ideas to life, from inception to prototypes;
• Connect with development partners, early clients, and potential customers to build their products/service offering;

About the opportunity:

The Partner Success team offers Bright Network’s portfolio of clients proactive, intelligent, and data-informed solutions to a range of attraction challenges.

You’ll be supporting our team of expert Partner Success Managers and developing your skills in marketing, copywriting, content creation, social media, and account management. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client success and marketing.

As a Client Success Intern, some of the things you’ll do will include:

Support our Partner Success Managers in managing end-to-end campaigns for our clients containing, but not limited to, the following services:
Email campaigns – creating targeted email sends to help our employers share their message with our members  
Social media campaigns – designing bespoke posts and paid advertising, using Canva and Facebook Ads
Content creation – producing high quality long and short form site content
Newsletters – taking the lead on newsletter production reaching 100k+ members
Interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate the success of campaigns using our proprietary data analysis tools to encourage client retention and upsell
Have regular face to face opportunities with clients, either by being involved in our portfolio of partner events or attending meetings with clients
Keep our website up to date with the latest opportunities and employer content for Bright Network members to engage with
Have the opportunity to work on cross-team projects and take on additional responsibility in other areas of the business

We are LightSketch, an Imperial Enterprise Lab AI image generation startup founded in 2022. Over the next six weeks (from mid-February 2024) we're looking to take on an enthusiastic and capable developer for an exciting paid opportunity. 

This project will be leveraging recent developments AI image generation to build an internal creativity tool for a LightSketch client, one of the leading architecture firms in the world. This is a first-of-its-kind tool that will be used by designers across the firm with considerable potential for large impact.

What we are looking for:

- React and Tailwind CSS experience (required)
- Next.JS experience (preferred)
- Ability to closely follow premade design (e.g. Figma)
- Ability to work independently

The Times Final Year Student Survey team are looking for students to work as Interviewers on our upcoming project. The role requires you to find 25 final year students at King's College London and carry out a short face to face interview about their graduate job hunt.

Interviewer Role Details:
• Completed in early February 2024 for a 10 day period
• Attend a short on-campus training session to learn Survey methodology

As Novatus Global continues to grow and expand, we are looking to add a talented Python Developer to our Engine Team. Our company specializes in compliance consultancy, risk advisory, and transaction reporting, and due to our increasing success and expanding client base, we are strengthening our team to meet the rising demand for our services in the Transaction Reporting stream. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled developer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, with a flat structure, with a lot of space to grow professionally.
•	Getting up to speed with the current code base.
•	Utilizing the existing code base to create additional product offerings from our product pipeline.

Matt Ranson (Partner & Co-Founder): 
•	Matthew is the Regulatory Advisory Practice and RegTech Partner. He was previously the UK Head of Capital Markets Regulatory Change at Deloitte, and has held roles at KPMG and OSTC.
•	He has more than 18 years experience in delivering complex regulatory implementations for both global banks and asset managers and is an industry-leading expert on Transaction Reporting.

Andrew Hedley (Partner & Co-Founder): 
•	Andrew is the Risk and ESG Advisory Practice Partner. He has more than 20 years of experience working in risk across all major financial services sectors.
•	He has considerable industry experience, having held senior risk positions including Group CRO for the Enstar Group and the Head of Front Office Risk for Vanguard. He also led Risk teams at M&G and Prudential after working at Deloitte. He started his career in Terrorism Underwriting at Hiscox and has a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Michael Bergstrom (Head of RegTech Development): 
•	Michael leads the development of the Novatus RegTech tool and is CFA certified. 
•	He is responsible for building multiple reconciliation tools and operational frameworks. Michael joined Novatus from Vanguard, where he worked within the front office risk team.
